Type 2, class C Hard Hats

As most of you know, most of the larger General Contractors such as Ellis Don, Bird, etc. have put in a mandate for all workers to move to a type 2 hard hat with chin strap as of January 1st 2026. The price tag on this new style hard hats can be quite expensive. The Local has been able to work a bulk purchase of the Milwaukee Type 2, class C vented hard hat and was able to bring down the cost for our members. These new Hard hats can range from $100 - $200, we have managed to bring the cost down to $40 for our members. We expect shipment by Dec 19th.
