Health and Pension Benefits

Coverage through Pacific Blue Cross
Group Life Insurance:
Member - $75,000.00 
Spouse - $10,000.00 

Dental 
Plan A – Basic - 100% - $3000.00 - annual maximum
Plan B - Crowns and Bridges - 80% - $3000.00 annual maximum
Plan C – Orthodontics - 70% (life maximum of $3500.00)
 
Extended Health:
Drugs and Medicines 100%
Wage Indemnity payable for 26 weeks (based on EI maximum)
Bereavement – 3 days
Jury Duty/Court Leave – 10 days maximum
Ambulance Services
Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist - $1000.00/yr
Acupuncturist/Physiotherapist/Massage Therapists/Chiropractor/Naturopath/ Podiatrist/ Speech Pathologist-
Grouped coverage of $1500/yr
 
Vision Care 
$400 in a 2 calendar year period
Vision Exam 
$100 in a 2 calendar year period
